Stop drowning in ops. Get a desk that runs the work.

For owner-operated coaches, consultants and service businesses already selling — and buried in everything that keeps the sale alive. Not a course, and not another tool to babysit. 2–3 weeks from kickoff to handoff, St. Louis in person or remote.

The problem

You sell the thing. Then the hours disappear into research, follow-ups, content and admin — the work that keeps the sale alive and never shows up on an invoice. Tools pile up to fix it, none of them owns a workflow end to end, and you stay the integration layer between eleven tabs.

What the install includes

Discovery

Map where the ops actually bottleneck and pick the first win. This is also where scope gets locked, so nothing is open-ended later.

Desk live

Agent OS installed and wired on your machine, oriented to your work rather than to a demo.

One core workflow

A single production path running end to end. One that runs beats five that half-run.

SOPs

Runbooks for operating and handing off the desk, so it does not become tribal knowledge that lives in your head.

Training and 7-day support

You operate it after handoff. That is the whole test — if you still need me on a call to run it, it is not done.

Two ways in

Agent OS Jumpstart — $997

Start here if $5k this week is not the move.

  • The basics installed on your machine
  • Mission Control orientation
  • 60–90 minutes of training
  • A short runbook you can work from alone
  • 100% credit toward Core if you move within 30 days of handoff

Done means: The desk opens and you can start work from it with the runbook, without me on the call.

Agent OS Core — $5,000

The full install. Discovery through trained handoff.

  • Everything in the deliverables above
  • One project path live end to end
  • Roughly 2–3 weeks from kickoff to handoff
  • St. Louis kickoff in person if you want it; remote is fine

Done means: You run the agreed project path without me in the loop, and the runbook is yours.

Payment is 50% to start and 50% at handoff, or paid in full. Larger multi-user and deeper builds exist but are quoted on the call rather than priced on a page.

How it runs

Fit call — 20 minutes

Confirm the bottleneck and whether an Agent OS install is even the right answer. Sometimes it is not, and that is a fine outcome for a 20-minute call.

Discovery

Map the ops, pick the first core workflow, and lock Jumpstart or Core scope before any money moves past the deposit.

Build — 2–3 weeks

Desk live, one production path running, SOPs written as it goes rather than reconstructed at the end.

Handoff

Training plus seven days of support, so you can run it without booking me.

Who should skip this

  • You are still working out your offer or chasing first clients. Agent OS is for people already selling who are drowning in the work after the sale.
  • You want a custom SaaS build or an open-ended agency retainer. This is a scoped install.
  • You want set-and-forget with zero involvement. Someone on your side has to operate the desk.

Honest proof — process, not client results

I have been building and demoing a real multi-agent desk in public: a coordinated agent fleet with a chief of staff, a research-to-publish path, and the interactive deck that tracks it. That is the operating model this install sets up and teaches. It is not a case-study wall, and there are no invented metrics anywhere on this site.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a SaaS product or a retainer?

Neither. It is an install: the desk, one core workflow, SOPs and training. Jumpstart gets you started, Core is the full build path, and both are scoped in discovery rather than billed forever.

What is it actually built on?

A local agent desktop — the same Claude Code stack I build and demo with in public. That is the one place it gets named, because what matters to you is the desk and the workflow, not the badge on the engine.

What proof do you have?

Process proof only. I have been building and demoing a real multi-agent desk in public — the fleet, the research-to-publish path, the whole operating model this install teaches. There are no client case studies, testimonials or ROI numbers on this page, because there are none I can honestly show yet.

How long until something is live?

Typically 2–3 weeks from kickoff to a live desk and a trained handoff, assuming feedback comes back during discovery and build.

What if I start with Jumpstart and want more?

The full $997 credits toward Core if you move within 30 days of your Jumpstart handoff. It is a start-here price, not a downgrade you get punished for.

Do I have to be in St. Louis?

No. I am in St. Louis and an in-person kickoff is available locally, but the install runs fine remotely and most of it does.
